I have a hard time with the menopause which causes a lot of my weight gain. I have always drank a lot of water and eaten protein as I am diabetic. Eating protein without having bad carbs is best for me. But I still have a tendency to put weight on quickly if I don't eat properly. Thanks for an informative write up about these issues.
