I have just added a statement about this in the article as I realised I hadn't mentioned it. You should state in the sub-heading that it's for the poetry competition when submitting it to The Lark. You can tag it 'competition' and only one poem per person allowed which must have never been published before anywhere online or on a blog or magazine especially on Medium.
