Sometimes a prompt does give me an idea to write something or perhaps it triggered something that was there before in my mind, but to be honest, I can't write normally to a prompt, because I rarely can write to them anyway. Of course, they do come in handy if you are having problems with writer's block which I do seem to suffer from at times. Great piece of writing. I enjoyed it.
