The coroner told me he hadn’t been tested for cirrhosis so he did not know he had it. There was never a diagnosis in his doctor’s file. He was type 2 diabetic and he would have needed profile liver blood tests done yearly so I am not sure why that wasn’t done. I am diabetic and I always have blood tests for my liver. Plus, he went to the doctor complaining of not being able to eat properly because he felt too full all the time. So, he had a stomach ultrasound but nothing was diagnosed from that either. Also, I had another brother who died at age 42 of liver problems ten years ago and he was diagnosed with it. I can’t understand what went wrong with my brother’s health. Perhaps, the pandemic messed everything up and that’s all I am thinking about, but it still, isn’t an excuse. Thanks for your caring response. I appreciate it.
