Yes submit your serial fiction by first submitting the first and second chapter and then you submit subsequent chapters twice weekly or weekly. It must be consistent and not go past two weeks since the last chapter. You can submit any time of the day but submitting on weekends will be slower to get published or your work maybe scheduled.
